Add an entry manually
Entries added here have no Discord login attached. Registration order follows the moment you add them.

Edit the text, then save. Write "to be confirmed" anywhere and it is highlighted on the site. Add a dated line under Changes whenever you change a rule.

Backups
Download every registration, including removed and withdrawn ones, as a spreadsheet. The file opens directly in Excel. Keep a copy now and then, and always one when registrations close.
Automatic daily copies
Once a day the site saves a full copy of all data (registrations, history, prizes, rules, settings) and keeps the last 30. They live in the same Cloudflare database, so they protect against mistakes, not against losing the database. Keep the CSV as your outside copy.

Other admins sign in with their own Discord account and only get what you tick. Changes apply on their next click, no sign-out needed. To find someone's ID: Discord → Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode on, then right-click the person → Copy User ID.
